Notes:
Released in South Africa by Gramophone records / Jonathan music on license of CBS. Standard cover apart for the copyrights note and some logos, and the material, which seems raw cartoon. White background labels, but also circulating with standard label colour (yellow / orange) and more standard material for cover. Maybe 1st version described above is a fake?
