Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Advanced white label promo copies were printed in sepia and white gatefold with the artist/title written in script characters. A small insert with song titles was included, listing 'Meeting across the river' as 'The Heist'.
