Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.

Pressed as a gift for the Pitman CBS/Columbia plant with colour sleeve and picture labels, it contained numerous fragment of songs from columbia artists. 16 page booklet included.
Pressed in a very limited number of copies (rumored 200).
