IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.

ORIGINAL ADVANCE PROMOTION RELEASE: This advance press was available to selected radios and media personalities about a month before to the album's release.
The package was made of a 'presskit' consisting of a stapled biography insert, a single-page “fact sheet” (with track-by-track “explanations” of the individual songs) and two different 10-inch x 8-inch black-and-white photos. The record itself had same catalogue number as initial commercial issues, with regular picture sleeve with postcard gatefold and timing strip.
