Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
On January 1973, the "Playback" magazine, which was as sort of "record club" maintained by readers' subscriptions, issued for his members a promotional record containing "Blinded by the light" and "Avenging Annie" by Andy Pratt. The record played at 33 1/3 rpm and came with special title sleeve, a booklet, a questionnaire and mailing envelope. The intact full package is nearly impossible to find, while the 45 alone is somehow less difficult to spot.
