Notes:
Standard European release. Colour picture sleeve. The countries that did not press the vinyl by themselves imported it from Holland in most cases. Large hole version was probably used for jukebox. This entry refers to the items pressed in Holland for internal market, marked BIEM/STEMRA and coded 01-657890-00 on label and sleeve. Also note that songs length is marked 6:30/4:06 on sleeve but 6:35/4:05 on record, in the STEMRA edition.
