Notes:
European press used for export to most countries that did not press the record by themselves. This entry refers to the copies pressed in Holland for Internal market, marked as BIEM/STEMRA and coded 01- 651641-1 (studio side) and 01- 651641-2 (live side). Sleeves of MCPS and STEMRA variants are iedntical. 'Promo' version were stickered or stamped commercial releases, so there is no real 'promo' version of this single.
