IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
The Holland pressing was used in Europe in many countries were the album was not printed. The cover is not postcard gatefold, but is different from the UK one: front is the postcard front (identical to UK repress), rear is the exact copy of the rear of the postcard. The lyrics sheet is not present as they are printed on the inner sleeve.
