Notes:
This advance promotional press issue featured plain white sleeve with a small black and white sticker reproducing a miniature of the cover artwork and track listing; some (if not all) copies contained two different CBS/Sony info sheets advertising both the "Born In The U.S.A." album and the "Dancing In The Dark" single. Disc has white labels with catalogue number only.
