This is the date Astronauts first walked on the moon and the associated TV coverage of the event creates a major audience distraction during Child's performance, that in turn causes a dispute to arise between the ever-feisty Vini Lopez and the club's manager. The end result is that this will be the last time a Springsteen-led band performs at the club. A fire gutted Pandemonium in 1970 and it never re-opened. (Brucebase)
