Very limited japanese promotional issue with black and white picture sleeve and regular red CBS/Sony labels marked "For Promotion Only". Two misprints are present on this release: "Blaser Mix" instead of "Blaster" and "Bruce Springsteen Discosampler" on the spine. A very small number of copies included two xeroxed, A4-size black and white info sheets for the "Born In The U.S.A." album in Japanese. The sleeve is b/w
