Notes:
Picture sleeve with the 'postcard gatefold' feature. The sleeve was made this way: Front and rear side has the song lyrics on them, and a foldable postcard is attached on one side covering the lyrics on the front cover and reporting the front and the 'written part' of a "GREETINGS FROM ASBURY PARK" postcard on front and rear. Inner sleeve is standard plain white.
