Notes:
33 1/3 rpm promo release with black and white picture sleeve, but regular artwork otherwise, released on red labels with the "Demonstration - not for sale" print on.
As other AS / CAS catalogue items, this also has an XSM code (XSM 1711723) which is sometimes used to refer to it on some sources
