Notes:
New Zealand release. Company sleeve. As far as I know, 'promo' copies (for radio and DJ distribution) of this record were standard copies, with paper promo sticker attached on labels, mostly dressed in generic CBS sleeve. So, from a 'collecting' point of view, one only edition of this single (the commercial one) exists. Often the label was also stamped with the release date. An example of sticker and stamp can be found in the lower left part of the picture below.
