Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Album title is translated in front cover, as well as title are on rear. Orange label also translated. Colour cover (don't know if the black and white version of the promo exists).
The cover is red stamped with a round "CBS Promo" on rear, also the label are printed with a "demonstracion - not for sale" stamp, but are otherwise regular. Original (intact) copies also had a rectangular black sticker in Spanish announcing the "Brilliant Disguise" (and other tracks) inclusion
