IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Promo japanese release came with a wrap-around insert reproducing 'standard' rear and cover (with the addings of japanese writings) on the outside, with japanese translated lyrics and release notes on the inside. Promo sticker both on plastic sleeve (white rectangular) and on insert (blue oval). Label is standard (for japan) orange with a japanese "promo" writing upon the catalogue number.
